Grilled or baked fish (prepare and cook on tinfoil; skin down)

Old guy from the East Coast method:

- some honey (if you live in Lindsay you must use Joe Valas honey, you can buy it at Burn's Bulk Food,  LaMantia's, Value Mart, Joe has been making our local honey for over 55 years!!!)
(I MADE A MISTAKE HERE; THE OLD GUY USED MAPLE SYRUP!!! THE HONEY WORKS THOUGH...)

- some mustard
- bread crumbs

Old girl's method buying walleye from the fish stand at Loblaws

- some dill (I use the organic stuff in a tube)
- rub with olive oil
- sprinkle salt and fresh cracked pepper
- light spinkle of bread crumbs
- I added a touch of mushroom soy sauce

Preheat barbecue grill to medium heat (OR OVEN). Prepare fillets or steaks with one of the two mixes above, give it only a light dusting with the bread crumbs (I mix both panko with traditional crumbs)

Grill the fish for 18 - 20 minutes, or if you've lost track of time, bake until the meat slides of the skin; DON'T OVER COOK YOUR CATCH!
