Perfect hard boiled eggs

There are only two kinds of eggs in our house, farmer fresh and store bought. If you've ever fought with the peeling of a fresh egg you want to read this!

Fresh hard boiled eggs

Start with a boiling pot of water (put a tablespoon or two of white vinegar and a dash of salt in the water) deep enough to cover your eggs
Using a table spoon gently set all the eggs in the pot of boiling water and cook for 12 minutes - as soon as the eggs are cooked, put them in a bowl of cold water for a minute or two

Store bought hard boiled eggs

Start with a pot of cold water (deep enough to cover your eggs) and add cold eggs. Cover with a lid and place over high head. Bring to a boil
Once it is brought to a boil turn off and leave it to sit, covered, for 12 minutes, rinse them off in cold water
It's also frugal as it saves about 5 minutes of using the electricity from the stove
