Italian Meatballs

 

1lb ground beef                        1lb Italian sausage
2 large eggs                              2 tbsp fresh Italian Parsley chopped
2 garlic gloves smashed             1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
1 Ms Dianna's Honey Garlic     1 diced tomato or 1/2 can diced tomatoes
little salt n pepper
A shake or two of instant potatoes flakes (when meatballs are cooked)

 

When trying to thicken things up try instant potato flakes in your broth/soup/gravy
